Anyone who is a member of a society that is a HATS member can submit an event to be posted on our calendar. We will email you a personalized link to the event submission form. Please provide your email address using the form below. To prevent unauthorized users, your email address must be from the societies domain. For example, IEEE members must use their ieee.org email address. If you are a member of our Societies email group (i.e. you get emails from HATS), then you can use that email address instead.
