STEDTRAIN Funds Required

The STEDTRAIN educational grants group needs your donations NOW to support innovative Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) programs in your community’s Kindergarten-12th grade (K-12) classrooms.  Your donations will help fund exciting and informative classroom instruction programs across North Alabama and South central Tennessee to stimulate student interest in science and technology and encourage them to pursue rewarding technical careers.

STEDTRAIN serves the area’s education community as part of the Huntsville Association of Technical Societies (HATS), a charitable nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization comprised of Huntsville area technical and professional societies dedicated to advancing science and engineering professions.

This year STEDTRAIN received 8 educational grant proposals from area teachers that requested over $13,000 of classroom project funding. STEDTRAIN needs to raise over $10,000 through donations to fully fund those 8 STEM program proposals. An all-volunteer organization, STEDTRAIN incurs minimal overhead costs and can direct over 97% of all donations DIRECTLY to the teachers awarded STEDTRAIN grants.

Please help us fund innovative K-12 programs in your area schools by donating to STEDTRAIN at:
